I love beer.
I love the smell. The taste. The texture.
Everything about the frothy beverage makes me wish I had one while writing this. And now, I can revel in the fact that not only does the juice contribute to some of my poor life decisions, but that it's going to be keeping my face clean, fresh, and smooth as I have the perfect recipe for the manliest regimen ever ... a beer facial.
Since most guys tend to steer clear of anything that questions their machismo, they should have no problem with this little extra step in their quest for cleanliness (that is, if they can contain themselves long enough not to drink it).
The Recipe
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup your favorite beer (the darker, the better)
The Application
- In a bowl, mix the two until well blended.
- Rub on to the major areas of the face and the neck.
- Leave mixture on for at least 15 minutes.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water.
After about a week of doing this every single evening before you go to bed will prep your skin for the upcoming fall months, and if you continue through to the beginning of the winter, you'll be set.
Now I can drink to that.
