The Clinique Men's Skin Care Line.
Proactiv schmoractiv. This is the the right stuff for your face, everyday.
One evening I was scoping out the Clinique counter at Macy's and decided it was time to buff up my normal skin regime - as I am terrified of getting any more wrinkles on my face. After going back and forth between different products I just decided to give Clinique Men a try.
And I will never go back.
Keeps any kind of blemish under control, makes my skin look healthy and fresh, and it doesn't have to be followed religiously like some other skin care products.
What I most enjoy about it was you can get the major parts of the system (face wash, exfoliate/astringent, and lotion) for less than $50. And now I know that some people on Proactiv or Skin ID pay about $25-$35 BUT the deal with those is that you have to continue on those every day. If you skip just once you're back to square one - and that's not me saying it, but real
customers giving their feedback on the company's website. And unlike Proactiv that has four to seven items you have to use, with Clinique there's only three - and they're optional (but recommended to be used together).
Here's the system that I use (and LOVE!):
- Liquid Face Wash: Gets things started and cleansthoroughly without making your skin feel tight.
- Scruffing Lotion 3.5: Good for all skin types & gently exfoliates to soften and smooth skin to prepare for shaving.
- M Protect SPF 15: A dual-purpose moisturizer for allskin types. Essential hydration plus daily UV protection.
When you think in the long run - $50 for a high quality regimen seems like nothing compared to the money you waste on drying soaps and expensive cover ups. And ladies, if you're reading this, there's even a line for you as well - which you can find here.
